RunningWoman is a personalised running exercise programme for women of all ages, sizes and fitness levels.  If you would like to improve your fitness, burn calories and increase your vitality, there is no better form of exercise than running.

At RunningWoman we offer one-to-one and one-to-two running training sessions with a qualified female Running Leader.

Pricing

£20 per hour session (one-to-one)

or book five sessions for £80 (£16/hour)

or share the cost with a friend and enjoy a one-to-two session for £25 per hour

£5 extra charge per session for nutrition and weight management programme

RunningWoman has been set up by Phiilippa Quayle, a mother of two in her thirties who wanted to encourage other women to take up running as a regular form of exercise and as part of a healthy lifestyle choice. Philippa has been running for over ten years and is qualified and insured as a Running Leader with UK Athletics.
